Seeded Chocolate LunchBox Bars

Zero nuts, perfect for taking to school. Easy to whip up and delicious! Full of fibre, healthy fats and antioxidants.
~1 cup desiccated coconut
~1/2 cup raw cacao powder
~1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water to soften)
~2 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional but great omegas)
~1/3 cup melted cacao butter (or sub coconut oil)
~2 Tbsp water, to bring together.
1. Line a 20x20cm slice tray with baking paper.
2. Throw all ingredients in a food processor and process unti combined. Add more water if needed to bring it together.
3. With wet hands, press mixture into prepared tray and refridgerate 4 hours or overnight. Slice and add to lunch boxes.
