A terrific on-the-go healthy breakfast and perfect snack at any time of the day. Every member of our family loves them!

Makes 8-10 bars

Time: 5 mins to make, 20 mins to bake 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 4 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbps sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a slice pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then add wet and stir well.
  3. Press mixture into the slice pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Once cool, use a sharp knife to slice into bars.

*you can also add chocolate chips, cranberries, hemp seeds, coconut or chopped dried apricots...whatever you have on hand!
