Nut Free Granola Bars
A terrific on-the-go healthy breakfast and perfect snack at any time of the day. Every member of our family loves them!
Makes 8-10 bars
Time: 5 mins to make, 20 mins to bake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup oat flour
- 4 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbps sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a slice pan with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then add wet and stir well.
- Press mixture into the slice pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Once cool, use a sharp knife to slice into bars.
*you can also add chocolate chips, cranberries, hemp seeds, coconut or chopped dried apricots...whatever you have on hand!
