Popcorn is often reserved for parties or movie nights, but I've used it as the base of this latest yummy creation! Your kids will love getting their hands dirty helping with this one.   Serves: 1 slice tray Time: 10 mins to make Chill time: 1 hour   INGREDIENTS: 5 cups of popped popcorn 3 Tbsp rice malt syrup (or honey) 1 Tbsp cashew butter 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup sultanas 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds 200g dark chocolate DIRECTIONS: 1.
